Witnesses in Zimmerman/Martin case change testimonies.

Confrontation isn't required for Martin to feel threatened by Zimmerman following him. At that point Martin turned and defended himself from the person following him.

There have also been posters, on these boards, that have implied that Zimmerman's tox report shows him being under the influence of prescription drugs; but when I've asked for a link to that report, they suddenly develop tunnel vision and selective memory.

When we had to write incident reports, we were always told to be as precise as possible; because if it does go to court and your testimony differs, the Attny is going to tear the whole think apart.
The adage was: If it's important now (on the witness stand), the it was important then (at the time of the incident).
Plus someone suggested that this is exactly what happens, in regards to people's "memory", when so many stories are circulated about what happened. Doesn't matter if the stories are true or opininons.

What people seem to overlooking; is that the autopsy report will determine Martin's position, at the time of him being shot.

The muscles in the body interact with each other and when the coroner lines up the bullet hole(s), it's going to show a lot of information.
Things like:
Was Martin sitting when he was shot (like on top of someone)
Where were Martin's arms positioned
Was the bullet fired in a forward path, a downward path, or an upward path

Because it's going to allow the Attny to challange their entire memory of the incident.
Where they mistaken IMMEDIATLY after the incident or did they rethink the situation, after all kind of stories and speculation have been printed and broadcast.
If I was on a jury, this would make me doubt any of the testimoney of the witness. Resonable doubt.

I have to wonder if he has been in trouble before and his record is no proof as we all know that influential people often get their records expunged.

Heck Jeb Bush's daughter was a 3 time drug felon and got off with no mandatory minimum prison time which Jeb supported the 3 strikes law in FL.

Martin isn't being tried :palm:, so he isn't in danger of being prosecuted.
Why are so many of you so willing to continue to spread lies, in hopes of getting Zimmerman convicted?
