Your a fool if you think lawyers don't lie. There would be no way for the judge or prosecutor to verify the lawyer didn't lie. I just don't see a good lawyer "forgetting" to turn in something as pertinent as a passport. Any good lawyer would know that would jepordize his clients bail.

Evidence, sure, but not 'damning'. If anything, such evidence works to prove the prosecution's case that it is Martin who was acting in self-defense. The wounds on Martin's knuckles indicate there was a struggle; they do not indicate the severity of Zimmerman's wounds. Zimmerman's claims about the severity is dubious, as is everything else he has claimed, now that his credibility is in the toilet.
