???....you think he's proven his claim that conservatives want to prohibit birth control pills and IUDs?......or is it just that you think his opinion on my office layout amounts to anything except deflection from his stupid claim.....
Post #43 by PostmodernProfit: no law has ever been passed and no law will ever be passed and no law will ever be proposed to be passed which would prohibit the use of contraceptives
Post #47 by \\()//: In Massachusetts, anyone disseminating contraceptives -- or information about contraceptives -- faced stiff fines and imprisonment. But by far the most restrictive state of all was Connecticut, where the act of using birth control was even prohibited by law. Married couples could be arrested for using birth control in the privacy of their own bedrooms, and subjected to a one-year prison sentence.
Then, in your typical childish manner you proceeded to put a time limit on "ever". By trying to cover your mistake it elevated your response to that of a lie as you knew you were wrong but continued to defend it.
Then we have your office comment. Again, like an impetuous child caught lying you blurt out additional statements which only go to further substantiate your lying. If comments about your office was a deflection on my part I remind you that you were the one who brought it up. I would have no way of knowing the lay-out.
So, to sum up, you lie. Then you try to defend that lie by re-defining the word "ever". When called on that you deflect the conversation by bringing up your office lay-out. When I comment on the improper placement of your monitor you accuse me of deflecting the conversation.
Do you want to keep digging....
Or is it time to come out of the hole?
