Yes Jarod, you are indeed. Can't help but notice you still cannot refute anything that I stated. Do you now admit you lied about Rubio committing fraud? Or are you going to continue lying?

Your claims that he paid back all the money before the investigation... I am simply asking you to back that up... Also Ill get you a cite on the third claim I made. Ill look back.

Jarod, it was on the link YOU provided. Do you actually read the links you provide or do you just find a single word or sentence you like and then ignore the rest?

Add in the fact that this was investigated in 2010 and NO FRAUD was found. No charges filed. You are the one that made the original claim, then provided a link that stated quite the opposite. So, do you have a single shred of evidence that fraud was committed? Or are you lying?

Show me a cite that says, NO FRAUD was found. Just because charges are not filed does not mean no fraud was found.

Less importantly, my entire point was not that he is guilty of some evil thing, my point is that the Romney will likely shy away from him because of how this will play in the campaign, they would be taking on a liability. You and I both know that an allegation does not have to be true for it to be a liability.

That article doesn't show anything to support the allegations. Just look at the number of corrections at the bottom of it. They tried to do a hit piece. Now they are trying to spin it into some vague bullshit.

Removes words "and at times has had difficulty paying his mortgage," paragraph 7; removes "he did not make payments on a $100,000-plus student loan" and instead states "he did not pay down the balance of a $100,000-plus student loan," paragraph 10; removes "he was caught up in an Internal Revenue Service Investigation" and instead states "his name surfaced in an Internal Revenue Service investigation," paragraph 12; removes "voted against Sonia Sotomayor, Obama's Supreme Court nominee" and instead states "opposed President Barack Obama's Supreme Court nomination of Sonia Sotomayor," paragraph 41; removes "voted against Obama's healthcare overhaul" and instead states "opposed Obama's healthcare overhaul," paragraph 41)

So now the story reads:

1) he didn't pay down principal on his mortgage
2) he didn't pay down principal on his student loans

Can't help but notice it didn't say he missed a payment...

3) Oh, but he owes more on his house than it is worth... WOW... amazing how that happens during a real estate decline of the magnitude we saw.

4) There is NO mention of someone else paying his mortgage (which was your third claim)

5) They had to correct their initial bullshit of 'he was caught up in an IRS investigation' to 'his name got mentioned during the investigation'... so they are backing off one of your other claims (the credit card fraud you lied about)

6) It also mentions the story of his parents. One he recited from what he had been told. Once someone went digging through records, they pointed out that his families story was inaccurate. Wow... that is criminal isn't it jarod?

Rubio will not be your next VP.

Romney is too smart to pick him, and if im wrong, they will not win.

Jarod... if they were investigating fraud, don't you think they would have prosecuted had they found any?

It is not a liability any more than Obama being Kenyan was. It is stupidity by extremists and liars... like you.

Well of course not Jarod... because Rick Perry would never choose him... and we all know you guaranteed Perry would be the Rep Presidential candidate.

Also Jarod... I am voting for Johnson and whomever he chooses to run.

But do go on lying about Rubio Jarod... that is what you do best... why do you hate Hispanics so?

No, Supercandy you are wrong.

The investigations may have ended in a non-public agreement where Rubio agreed to pay the money back and they would not file charges... This happens VERY OFTEN. The investigation may have found that Rubio likely commited fraud, but that there was not enough admissable evidence... this happens VERY OFTEN. The investigation could have been a farce, the investigation could have found that Fraud was committed but it was not tehnically illegal fraud. The investigation could have found many things. Additionally the investigations could have found that the legal defense of SLOPY BOOKEEPING was made it not justify charges being filed, but the American public would not likley buy that.

You are lost because of your partisin blinders, Rubio's chances at the VP are sullied due to his past. I am not the only one to say so... Republican and Democratic stragistists also have said so.

SF, as of April 2012, Rubio is being investigated for credit card fraud. If you are voting for Johnson, why are you sticking up for a politician
Ike Rubio, aren't you tired of the same old corruption in Washington? I know I am, doesn't matter if they are right or left, I want them gone!

It just makes him feel better to call me names.

again dipshit... YOUR LINK stated he paid his portion on a monthly basis. YOUR LINK JAROD.

You are pulling the rest of your post out of your ass. The most recent link you used already corrected their story. Yet you of course didn't read that one either did you Jarod?

Where did I say it was criminal? It does not have to be criminal to be wrong!

None of that is relevant to my point.

He lied regarding his family's immigration the USA.
A lobbiest was alleged to have paid his mortgage.
He used a Republican Party credit card fraudulently for personal services such as back waxing to tge tune of thousands of dollars!

Remember this is what I said, nowhere did I say he was committing crimes or charged with a crime or in danger of being charged with a crime.
