Thank you, so there is no proof, just speculation. I may be a lemming, but facts are facts and connecting the dots is connecting the dots.

Assault rifle bullet is what killed agent
Assault rifle bullet that killed agent is too badly damaged to determine for sure which weapon it was fired from

Democrats response:
There is no proof he was killed by a F&F weapon.

By your response Rana, there is no way a conviction could ever occur because you can never match the bullet to any gun.
