the differance is this was not a 5 /4 decision with right and left voting in locked step.


this was that horrible thing called a bipartisan decision.

also 19 out of 21 judicial experts said it was constitutional

Health care reform was a law passed by Congress.

CU not so much.

citizens United decision is hated by both sides not just liberals.

most Americans hate the decision
