It's what the stimulus should have been spent on instead of the massive tax cuts that composed the majority of the bill. Stop concentrating on some renewable energy loans that composed an insignificant part of it.

I told Superfreak that nobody believed he was laughing last week. You two are so cute. SF copies me within seconds, at least you waited a few days and tried to skate it under the radar. I am not unaware of the compliment you pay me. I am flattered!
