Zimmerman Gets Bond

Since you've decided to prove you're an idiot, rather then just let everyone suspect it; I would really like to see ANYTHING where Zimmerman said he was trying to get his phone out of his pocket.

Either show this statement, or forever be considered a liar; no matter what subject you're attempting to be part of.

Either PUT UP, OR SHUT UP.
I already posted the link to the timeline. One of the fabrications that was offered by both his parents, and his brother, is that Zimmerman got attacked when he went for his phone.

Why would they say that, if it wasn't one of the fabrications that Zimmerman had concocted?

Now we have an idiot who claims Zimmerman was on the phone for the entire stalking episode. Why wasn't Martin's supposed aggression on tape?

And we now have a claim that the attack happened near his car?

Sooner or later, someone's going to have to make up their mind.

So, if acquitted, he's going to just go out and randomly assault people and they'll just HAPPEN to have been opposed to him and then shoot him? Yeah, that's likely. Way more likely than a mob of dumbasses wanting their own version of 'justice'.
No. If he's acquitted, someone will stalk him, as he did Martin, and murder him in self defense.

They'll be following the law. Unless of course, Zimmerman moves to a state that hasn't legalized murder yet.

So if I read a report that you take it up the ass, I should believe it; because someone else said it.
You're doing nothing but citing an OP and trying to make it look that it's what Zimmerman said.
You're a fucking liar.

You're clearly retarded. Of course I've known this since you claimed that Russian Partisan killed Nazis with hugs and sunshine, but whatever.

if you have paid attention to zimmermans story, the one confirmed by an advanced lie detector test of which he passed, trayvon jumped zimmerman before anything could be said otherwise.

scientific evidence on zimmermans side. no evidence on yours.

My problem with the whole case so far is that we have only one person's explanation of how it all went down, and that's GZ's. We're not going to hear another side of this until the trial. In fairness, how can you be so positive that GZ isn't guilty?

I'm prejudiced against GZ, no question. He took someone's life under suspicious circumstances and we have only his word about the way events unfolded. I don't believe it's a first-degree murder case but GZ's actions and lack thereof, plus his comments, don't make me inclined to take him at his word that it was self-defense.

Scientific evidence on zimmermans side.

The anti-zimmermans have been wrong on everything thus far.

Many anti-zimmermans on this board yelled from the rooftops that he wasn't actually injured, based on a grainy video footage. they were proven wrong.

The media claimed zimmerman targeted trayvon because he was black, and edited his audio by splicing it to make it say something he never said. The people that have perpetuated this propaganda have been fired for their propaganda. The anti-zimmermans on this board believed it though, and they have been proven wrong.

They have claimed it was trayvon yelling for help. Most now confirm it was zimmerman calling for help.

The anti-zimmermans claimed zimmerman chased trayvon down the street. Zimmerman was actually mere feet from his car getting an address for police (the police themselves wanted to meet zimmerman. They were also asking zimmerman if he knew where trayvon was). Anti zimmermans wrong.

Zimmerman has had a consistent story, and passed a lie detector test.

Everything the anti-zimmermans have said has been incorrect. Everything I have said has checked out so far.

The real reason for this is that those that are anti-zimmerman are racist against hispanics. there is no other reason why they would deny all this evidence.

No, the real reason is that we saw no excuse for GZ to initiate face-to-face contact with TM at all. It's not like GZ was cruising the neighborhood at 5 mph and suddenly TM jumped out of the bushes and ran at the vehicle in attack mode. The entire chain of events was started by GZ, and he didn't handle it in a sensible, non-conflict manner.

trayvon did not handle it in a sensible non-conflict matter. There is nothing wrong with neighborhood watch. There were break-ins in that neighborhood in the past. It's perfectly reasonable to be vigilant. That does not give trayvon the right to violently attack zimmerman. Neighborhood watches are perfectly legal. Deal with it.

Nowhere did I say there was anything wrong with a neighborhood watch. But I think it's incumbent upon the watcher to engage in the most non-confrontational way possible, i.e. make yourself known to the stranger and explain why you are following him. I.e. "I'm with the neighborhood watch and I haven't seen you around these parts before. Can I help you find someone?" Or words to that effect.

We don't know everything that happened in the 13 minutes that passed between the time Zimmerman, 28, called police and a paramedic pronounced 17-year-old Trayvon Martin dead. But this much isn't in dispute: Zimmerman was armed. He was alone. And while waiting for police, he somehow got into a fight with the person he thought suspicious.
All three of those actions are strongly discouraged by the National Sheriffs' Association, which oversees about 20,000 Neighborhood Watch programs.
There are practical reasons for those rules.
And this absolutely heart-wrenching one: A family of a teenager is now coping with a death that probably could have been avoided.
"There is no reason in the world to carry a gun for Neighborhood Watch," said Chris Tutko, a retired police chief who now directs Neighborhood Watch for the sheriffs' association. "It gets people more into trouble than out of it."
A manual published by the association for its "USAonWatch" program makes that very clear.
"It should be emphasized to members that they do not possess police powers and they shall not carry weapons or pursue vehicles," the manual states. "Members should never confront suspicious persons who could be armed and dangerous."

Wild speculation much?

:rofl2:

Don't claim to be, however, when this first hit the news, I was actually on Martins side of things, until I went further than the MSM take on things, and dug a little deeper.
Those you consider 'on the other side' simply wanted Zimmerman to be charged, and tried.

The local cops, who have a history of unprofessional conduct, swept this under the rug.

Now it will be tried in court.

As far as these debates go, when 'your' side offers up a pile of crap, (he passed a lie detector test!) the other side will be free to speculate as to the other side of the story.

As has been addressed....we're only getting one side of the story. And it's coming from the mouth of a liar, and his family.

Does this mean you're now on Team Zimmerman?

Although I think that Z and his wife acted stupidly dealing with the court, and that landed him back in jail with his now bond at $1 mil. I have to say that the facts that we know to date, and in no way is everything, but they seem to be pointing to Z's account of things being closer to what happened.

Says the person that has fantasied in numerous postings in this thread about Z getting caught by those M supporters and killed.

Nonsense. Sanford FL is not some backwoods, podunk little town, it is a suburb of Orlando.

Now it will be tried in court.

Very true. Which means that Z is innocent until proven guilty. And 2nd degree in this case is a high hurdle.

Why do I get the feeling that if the lie detector showed inconsistencies, you'd be hanging your hat on that?

Liar eh, So you don't afford the innocent until proven guilty eh? Didn't think so.

Did you mean fantasized? That's a tad strong. How can someone such as yourself, who supports the stalking, and subsequent murder of an innocent teen, not feel it would be perfectly normal for someone to retaliate in the same fashion?

Nonsense. Sanford FL is not some backwoods, podunk little town, it is a suburb of Orlando
.Another uninformed member joins the board....just what this place needs.

.Innocent until proven guilty typically refers to a crime where the evidence isn't documented as thoroughly as it is here. There's no question as to who murdered who. We're debating technicalities. Similar to the OJ trial.

He never took a lie detector test. What he took is not considered reliable at all in the industry.

Liar eh, So you don't afford the innocent until proven guilty eh? Didn't think so.
He murdered a kid. We already know that. We also know that he's a liar. He's lied on the stand more than once. The fact that he's a liar doesn't necessarily have anything to do w/guilt per se, but don't forget that his account is all that we have in this case.

He's not credible.

Voice Stress Analysis: Only 15 Percent of Lies About Drug Use Detected in Field Test

by Kelly R. Damphousse, Ph.D.
The products, manufacturers, and organizations discussed in this document are presented for informational purposes only and do not constitute product approval or endorsement by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Law enforcement agencies across the country have invested millions of dollars in voice stress analysis (VSA) software programs.[1] One crucial question, however, remains unanswered:

Does VSA actually work?

According to a recent study funded by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), two of the most popular VSA programs in use by police departments across the country are no better than flipping a coin when it comes to detecting deception regarding recent drug use. The study's findings also noted, however, that the mere presence of a VSA program during an interrogation may deter a respondent from giving a false answer.

Yep...I supplied a link in the other thread. This 'test' is nothing but a joke

not speculation. confirmed by a scientific lie detector test. I have ACTUAL evidence on my side. you are the one that speculates.
