collecting the tax/penalty for ACA non compliance

Since there is no method in the law for collection of the penalty/tax by the IRS for those not in compliance with the ACA, what does the gov plan to do to recover this?

They hired 11,000 new IRS agents for this. I'm thinking they'll just audit the crap out of you then use regular collection methods with liens, etc.

the article I read indicated that the only thing they could do is withhold tax refunds, that they can't garnish wages or go after property.

Cool. They'd have to just live with it hanging on their account then. Likely at some later point we'll hear about the "free riders" carefully avoiding paying the Obamatax and it will be fixed by passing something that gives them the same powers they have to collect other taxes.

Either that or you'll have the President simply order it so based on the ruling that this is a tax like all others and therefore should be collected by the same action.
