every time a jury nullifies, they tell the supreme court to kiss their collective asses and that their decision was wrong. that is overturning the courts.

Although, when Gabrielle Giffords was shot, wasn't there a lot of hoopla about how conservatives were contributing to the violence by their words? I seem to recall a lot of complaints that the vitriol spewed by conservatives was claimed to be the cause of the violence.

Funny, I guess it doesn't work when its a liberal. Although, I didn't see anything to suggest he was a liberal other than his supposed hatred for conservatives.
