Really that is weird to me. I guess from growing up on long island, believe it or not the most segregated suburb in the nation, I always know what questions about the neighborhood mean. Here that has always been code for how white is it. My high school graduating class was over 3,000 kids, so really big. Two black kids. Amazing huh?

Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you said they gave Obama half a chance.

It's been obvious Romney wasn't the first, second, third, or fifteenth choice of the GOP. He was, however, the only choice that wasn't flat out loony. He's only cruising along now because his tax returns haven't been released.

Once they are, and they will, his number are going to drop precipitiously.

OMG how do you know Massapequa? Oh they are the worst there. My sister-in-law's family is huge, just huge, and they are all from there, and most of them entrenched themselves and refused to ever leave. I go on rants about Massaspequa. One year my friend and I went to Peter King's office there (of course it's King's district, who else?) Halloween week, and we put up a vampire decoration that said "Vampire Alley" with his face cut out and glued onto the bat's face.

you lefties on this thread are hilarious. you ignore biden's comments about obama and glom onto this perceived slight by mccain. so mccain is now the expert? then palin should be VP according to you guys.

so what mccain thought in 2008 is a current event? LOL. we already knew this 4 years ago. him saying it doesn't change the fact it is ancient history in politics.

you're not good. this is really a desperate thread. you guys need better material if want a better chance of winning. no one gives a flying hoot what mccain thinks or what he thought 4 years ago.

biden and hillary both said obama would not make a good president. is that a current event, something we should create threads about? mccain also blasted the attacks on romney's taxes....why aren't you listening to his opinion on that?

We had six hundred kids at our school, no girls of course. No coloured people either. It wasn't because the school was racist but there weren't any black people in the entire city. If you saw a black man the old women would say 'Oh look. A black man. Spit for luck.' (not at him, I hasten to add).
The first time I was conscious of black people was when I went to work in London. We had a black girl and what they used to call a 'cape coloured' girl and a white South African. The obvious hatred of one for the others was palpable. Like wild animals. They could each recognise their adversaries and showed an immediate hatred. I, honestly, could not understand it. The main problem seemed to lie with the cape coloured girl. I guess because she didnt fit into either camp.
