Most ridiculous excuse for owning a gun. Compare mountain lion killings with drug overdoses or suicides. We kill ourselves on accident more than all the animals could working overtime.

How about guns for women who live alone (much or all of the time)? My wife is 5'1" tall and weighs 125lbs. I work on the road, so she is home alone with our 16 year old daughter most of the time. The response time for law enforcement would be 25-30 mins.
Can she have a gun? Or do we have to say "Please"?

I am a womn alone much of the time. I don't want a gun. I have a dog and a steel baseball bat, plus a cell phone. 25-30 minutes? Where the heck do you live? (rhetorical question). That response time is really bad!
