Of course there is proof. The IRS has an audit department. They have not found anything wrong with Mitt's returns. Unlike Democrats in the Obama admin, Mitt paid the taxes he was supposed to. Otherwise the IRS would have come down on him like they did the bajillion Democrats who 'forgot' to pay some taxes.

Which is the first thing out of the mouths of morons defending Romney's outsourcing, tax havens, vulture capitalist practices, utter apathy towards 'casualties' of Bain, disdain for the poor, etc. 'He did nothing illegal'. The OP from Limbaugh is funny as hell. Obama did his undergraduate work and Occidental and Columbia. He attended Harvard only as a graduate student where he graduated magna cum laude with a JD. That's the second highest form of honors you can graduate with in academia. He was also editor of the law review. If Obama did poorly in history it would have been at Occidental or Columbia when he was an undergad but Limbaugh, who never went to college, is to stupid to even get that little detail right. How fucking rich! LOL LOL LOL

dear moron... if it is a part of the current tax code, then it cannot be tax fraud. The fact that you don't like the current tax code does not change that. I also do not like the current tax code, for many of the same reasons you do not like it. However, that dislike does not change the fact that it isn't tax fraud. For you and Jarod and other idiots to proclaim it is fraud is 100% false. You are lying. Period.

It is not 'stealing' to try and keep more of what YOU earn.

No one's saying he's committed the legal definition of fraud, Lovey. What we're saying is that the laws are written expressly to enable stealing and make it legal.

Now - which part of that are you too dumb to understand? Use your 'bold' feature to show us what you need help understanding.

And Lovey, here's the kicker: The American people know what Romney's done is legal, too. That doesn't make them respect him for it, though. And he still wants to hide what he's been legally allowed to get away with. I wonder why that is??
