Why read the actual fucking Ryan budget plan portion that deals with Medicare and compare it directly with the Wyden-Ryan plan for Medicare... I mean that is just ridiculous. Instead lets listen to Wyden talk about what he believes are differences...

My view is that the policies that were adopted by the Republican House majority and the Romney campaign do not preserve the Medicare guarantee. And that’s what the [Ryan/Wyden] white paper was all about.

It is perfectly clear that people will continue to have the Medicare option. So again, instead of listening to Wyden's opinion, how about looking at the actual fucking wording of the Ryan Budget?

It is a Rep district when you look at number of Reps vs. Dems that are registered. But it is a swing district. It is close that it could go either way. But Dung wants to pretend like this is a Rep safe seat and it is no big deal that Ryan consistently gets almost 2/3 of all of the voters to vote for him.

Let's see, so you have yet to actually comment on what she wrote. You've yet to share how you think it translates differently if she's a libertarian or left-leaning and you go to a very progressive, way off to the left site (Beyond Chron) to somehow claim that it proves she's a libertarian. I'm not sure how a guy in Florida is trying to school me on an area I've lived in for 30 years but somehow you feel you know all that is local in the Bay Area. Beyond Chron thinks the San Francisco Chronicle is a right-wing rag. That tells the perspective of where they are coming from. So to Beyond Chron many Democrats are right-wingers. Don't even ask what they think of people who are on the actual right.

Because you are ignoring the other things in the Ryan budget that have to do with healthcare that make the two plans very different. I've already explained this to you.

Preserving the medicare guarantee and preserving a coverage option titled Medicare are not the same thing. If the plan guaranteed that anyone who wanted to stay in Medicare wouldn't have to pay a dime more than they would if the other options were not available, you'd be on to something. But that's not what the Ryan Plan does at all. Also, the Ryan plan completely fuck dual eligibles.

Medicare will be there in the exact form it is today, for people 55+ automatically and as an option for those under 55 today. This is what Darla and you have claimed will not happen. This is what I disputed. It will be there. To suggest otherwise is simply nothing but Dem fear mongering.

These things are not true. If you repeal the ACA you are fucking with Medicare. You are eliminating prescription drug coverage, for starters. And if the cost-containment measures are repealed, you are making it impossible for Medicare to compete with private insurance. The Medicare, Medicaid and ACA provisions are all interrelated. That's why Wyden says that Ryan-Wyden would not exist if the ACA were repealed. You are taking a plan designed for a world in which the ACA is in full force and effect and Medicaid remains unchanged and thrust it into a world where the ACA is repealed (except that $700 billion) and Medicaid is block grant program and pretend everything would work the same. It wouldn't.

However, the woman retains permission to:

(c) Ability To Turn Eyes Away- Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent a pregnant woman from turning her eyes away from the ultrasound images required to be displayed and described to her. Neither the abortion provider nor the pregnant woman shall be subject to any penalty under this title if the pregnant woman declines to look at the displayed ultrasound images.

I don't know how any one reads this without being sick. It's rape and the language is extremely reminiscent of the advice women used to receive, and who knows, may still receive, about rape. If you're being raped and can't do anything about it just close your eyes and get through it.

In February of 2012 Congressman Paul Ryan signed onto the rape bill as a cosponsor.

Just as you're not permitted to point out that ending Medicare and Medicaid will result in people dying, and that since we know this, doing so is premeditated murder, you are not permitted to point out that a man who wants to pass a law forcing women to have a 12' wand shoved up their vaginas, is rape. And that any woman who would support this is a collaborator in the truest, most nazi sense of the word, and they should be dealt with as such.
