i've always been pretty clear that the 'well regulated militia' is citizens only, trained with their weapons and combat tactics.
Well, then - I guess I was right and that you consider this group of nutballs, 'F.E.A.R.', a 'well-regulated militia'?

why would you not still defend constitutional gun rights?
do you think we should just ignore the constitution because of these guys?
but you won't answer the question?Well, then - I guess I was right and that you consider this group of nutballs, 'F.E.A.R.', a 'well-regulated militia'?
Well, what do we have here? It's a plot hatched by a militia know as F.E.A.R., for 'Forever Enduring Always Ready'. Charming.
Who wants to be the first to defend their gun rights? LOL

Friends of yours?
you keep stating that the military, national guard, and police are the well regulated militia, so if they are in the army, are they not well regulated?
Well, then - I guess I was right and that you consider this group of nutballs, 'F.E.A.R.', a 'well-regulated militia'?
Of course he does. STN thinks any group of crazy racist militias are better than the military or police.

what lie are you putting out there again? where did I ever say that there were no militia groups in the military?hah! Wasn't it STN saying there weren't any militia groups in the military? Howey wins again.
what am I wrong about?Blah blah blah....just admit you're wrong and give up.
LOL - in his feigned critique of the murders committed by 'F.E.A.R.' members, 'morons' was his description for them.
morons was a very appropriate term for them, since they decided that criminal motives were part of their militia. Does that make ALL militia groups criminals?LOL - in his feigned critique of the murders committed by 'F.E.A.R.' members, 'morons' was his description for them.
I see you refuse to let go of your lie that I said I was part of the TX State Guard. He only considers them morons because they were caught. If they hadn't been caught, they'd be heroes to alll the GI Joe/Barney Fife wannabe's like STN out there. STN's probably pissed because his militia won't let him carry a gun and these guys had plenty of them.

yes, they were. you keep trying to ignore the FACT that 'well regulated' in the constitution means WELL TRAINED AND FUNCTIONING. not government run. stop re-interpreting the constitution. it makes you look like an idiot. Was F.E.A.R. a well-regulated militia or not?
I see you refuse to let go of your lie that I said I was part of the TX State Guard.
Do you have any idea how many of us are former military and already know this combat shit?

Weren't they active duty?
no it doesn't. standards, yes. laws, no. again, read the framers documents if you want to learn the truth. until then, you just look ignorant. It isn't about being 'government run'. It's about being well regulated - which has nothing to do with training and functioning - REGULATION has to do with adherence to standards and laws. YOU are the idiot.

look, i get that you hate the 2nd Amendment and that you hate guns and rights. you probably hate freedom also, at least for everyone but liberals, but the bottom line is that the framers created this country with the belief that we the people would maintain control and power in this country. hopefully peacefully, but if it failed, that we would then be able to use force of arms to maintain our power over the government. The framers also realized that these rights had the potential to be abused, but that cost was worth it. you may consider then that 2nd Amendment absolutists are 'nuts', but we are in line with the founders of this nation, so consider where that puts you at....on the wrong side. My, my - you are going to such lengths to protect the rights of these nutters. I guess this proves my point about 2nd Amendment nuttery. Thank you for demonstrating.
