It isn't a flame war. I answered real questions, I provided information, including current FBI statements that flatly contradict what you say they are stating. The reality is some guy flat said something stupid which the FBI contradicted almost immediately and have continually.

The reason that OBL doesn't have 9/11 on there is because the FBI lists only what they are indicted for, and OBL was classed as an enemy combatant and they needed no indictment to hold and try him in a military tribunal. Hence, no indictment. It wasn't necessary.

If Rex Tomb had made that kind of "mistake" while speaking FOR the FBI, he would have been kicked out and thoroughly rebutted.

Post evidence that Tomb was kicked out or even repremanded for his comment.
