complete bullshit. i don't think they can get his records due to privacy. and his records have zero to do with the case at hand.

this leads me to believe zimmerman's defense team is getting very, very desperate. imo, this does not bode well for zimmerman.

It absolutely has to do with this case; because the opposite side is trying to place a halo on Martin's head and wings on his back.
Since a lot of info has been released aboiut Zimmerman's "past", it stands that Martin's past should be reveiwed also.

his past has zero to do with the incident. zimmerman didn't know martin's scholastic past. zimmerman's past only comes into play to show motive.

there is zero reason to disclose martin's school records.

And Martin didn't know anything about Zimmerman's past; but the Prosecution is sure as hell going to use anything and everything they can.
