Yep, you left out coca. I dn't advocate the use of any, but I do believe opium poppies, mj and mushrooms should be legal. Coca not so much, but that is a personal preference.

i do not recommend any of the above with the exception of buddah butter made from mj

also, i do not know what drugs can be synthesized or made at home (maybe lsd)

i also forgot datura, a plant that grows wild in ca, but may be purchased in nurseries...

yes, think of it as evolution in action and population control...oh well

So when an armed libertarian under the influence of the legalized drugs starts blasting away, your response will be..."oh well"?

You just stated that "Its not the governments business what adults do with their own bodies.", but yet you want them to be involved when adults go overboard if they abuse their body with drugs. The tax on drugs would have to be huge to pay for all the fallout from legalizing all the drugs listed above.

The government isnt ment to suppress people. Its ment to serve people. But we need a new government because the one we have is corupt beyond fixing.

Because alcohol was legalized, maybe?

most likely, but dui means driving under the influence...not just alcohol anymore

anyone that cannot control their recreational drug use enough not to violate any law about jeopardizing others deserves whatever they get

Do those injured or killed by someone that cannot control their recreational drug use enough not to violate any law about jeopardizing others deserve whatever they get?

no, but it would be the price we pay for personal freedom

the irresponsible we will have with us always

You mean letting people roam the streets high on drugs would be a good thing?

since being drunk in public is against the law in most jurisdictions

being stoned in public would be against the law in most jurisdictions too...if they could prove it that is...

of course operating a vehicle while under the influence would be against the law too

but then with some people i do not know if it would be possible to tell the difference...like some of the posters on this site

oh well

So the courts would be clogged with drug cases again, and the jails would fill back up?

what makes you think that a large number of people would get stoned and wander around in public or operate a vehicle while stoned

or at least as many as are in prison for drug offenses right now
