why is it 'good tax policy' for someone of Romney's wealth to pay a very minimal, but legal, rate.. but when someone making >30,000 gets the same benefit they're mooching off the system? 62% of Romney's leeches do pay taxes, they pay them in payroll(and btw, they paid more than they would have in income tax), and 1/2 remaining 18% are seniors who have already paid into the system their entire lives.. a cpl million of them are WWII vets.. what leeches...

but wait? I thought those 40% were victims not paying anything but looking for a handout? The truth is that while they aren't funding the gov't with their income tax, because like Romney et al, they are only paying what is required of them..they ARE funding the gov't with their payroll taxes.
the people they are funding by the way? Parents with disabled children, veterans returning from war who are disabled,people who have lost their jobs,seniors, military families who are on food stamps.. not too mention warren buffet's (and other in his tax bracket) ss and medicare..
