Police officers punished

It's only right. There are other techniques to use when dealing with a mentally ill person off medications. However, anyone think they should have been charged with manslaughter?

sit back and think about that for a few minutes. cops shot and killed a man, firing 46 times and hitting him 11, and the only punishment is a demotion and disciplinary action that you will not be allowed to know, all because they work for the government. imagine what would happen to you if you had shot in self defense. you could be on trial for 2nd degree murder.

No, since I don't supprt them for other reasons, they will not heed me. It is up to Democrats to make this a litmus test for them instead of being narrowly focused on abortion (not saying that should not be a focus but we need to keep the government out of more than Darla's vagina). I certainly don't expect the right side of the bench (other than Thomas) to care.
