1) Many parents said they never saw the letter
2) Parents were forced to opt out... not in
3) IT IS A DRUG... saying it is contraception does not change the fact that they are administering a drug to kids without parental consent.

Simply mailing a letter saying parents have to opt out is not enough when you are talking about handing out drugs to kids.

government operates on this level now. the implied consent doctrine can and does apply to everything. blame all of those that think driving is a privilege.
