If they try to skirt the law, yes.
Nobody is skirting the law. They are following the law to the letter
That's like asking how much effort should one put into defending their country. When is enough enough? Support the war effort? Support the troops by rallying/demonstrating? Enlisting? Or just think of ways to use the situation to ones advantage?
I find it interesting that a leftist will never, ever answer this question. It is a pretty straightforward question. Here let me help you. I believe it is immoral for anyone to pay more than 25% of their income in taxes. Personally, I oppose any income tax and would prefer a consumption tax as it would be more fair and broaden the tax base in an equitable manner. Spare me your left wing talking points about regressive tax rates. I get it. You are jealous of others and want to take from some and give to others.
What I find strange is while the Right profess to be the champions of family and charity and "all that is good" they take the opposite stand when it comes to helping their fellow man. Perhaps the question should be what percentage of ones income should they keep for a second home and a European vacation and an indoor pool while there are hungry people and homeless people and single mothers struggling to get by and neglected children before saying "ENOUGH ALREADY"?
This is a great question and one I have answered numerous times. For some reason it just doesn't sink in with you leftists. There isn't disagreement that we should help our fellow man. I happen to think it is the Christian thing to do. Others will do it based not on religious beliefs but other factors. The point isn't whether or not someone should receive help, the point is how should that help be accomplished. You prefer the government forcibly taking from one sector of our society using resentment and fear. I prefer individual freedom where people voluntarily give of their own volition. Now, will some like the Bidens, Gores and Obamas not give as much of their money to charitable causes as the Romneys? You betcha. But, that doesn't mean we should use the coercive power of the federal government to force people to do it. That presupposes that YOU know better, when it is clear by your posting that you do not.
