Stringy, I have no love loss for either you or bac when it comes to general politics, and he has indeed called me a racist and other assorted derogatory names through the years, but on the issue of the administration's handling of Benghazi, he is right on the money. The only disagreement I have with him is the contention a Republican would have acted the same. If a similar circumstance had transpired under a Republican, they would have already moved to impeach him for it.

Wye, it was a spontaneous uprising, bac, aren't you listening? There was this YouTube video, (which incidentally, had only 17 views the day before 9/11) and it sparked a spontaneous grass-roots protest which caused RPG's and mortars to appear from nowhere, and trucks with terrorist organization logos to spring from their asses, and they just so happened to decide to attack a US Ambassador at our consulate on the anniversary of 9/11/01. It was all completely innocent, you see?

But we've arrested an American citizen who was exercising his 1st Amendment rights, so everything is going to be hunky-dory over there now, because these people really don't hate us at all, in fact, they LOVE Obama... they're endorsing him!

Oh, but THAT uprising was part of the wonderful and beautiful Arab Spring! Quadaffi was a meany and needed to go, so these people could have freedom and enjoy apple pie and baseball like us! It's just that darned video got some of them riled up and mortars started popping out of their asses left and right, so what else could they do but attack a US consulate on the anniversary of the worst terror attack in US history?

There was nothing in that article that supported your position and I already commented on the piece of misleading information regarding Susan Rice. Go get the transcripts. She stumbled around a bit but NEVER said anything definite about the video being the sole cause of the attack. She WAS using the information that the CIA had at the time of the interviews. Her few missteps in answering the questions are not definitive proof of anything.

There really is no smoking gun of a conspiracy or a cover up in the article. Nobody is arguing that it was not a planned attack. The argument is about when we knew. But unsourced eye witness accounts are not all that conclusive. Are you unaware of how often eywitness accounts are proven wrong? You don't care and you will repeat over and over any little bit that supports your narrative of craziness and the mountains of evidence against you are just proof that the conspiracy is wide and far reaching.
