RE: Christie,I live in NJ about 30 minutes from Seaside Heights, and I am a Republican, that being said, I dont like Christie personally. He's rough, abrasiveand sometimes, rude. I think he would be a major turn off to female voters. He HAS made some tough choices and done some things well, but as a potential presidential candidate, I think he would be a mistake for the GOP.
Anybody that is trying to blame Christie for Romney loss,is reaching for straws. Dick Morris has proven,he doesnt know what he is talking about, and I really dont pay much attention to him. I DO feel that Christie was WAY OVERLY friendly to Obama, and used his appearance with him for his own political aspirataions in 2016. He could have said "thanks to the president,he's done a great job, we appreciate his efforts", but he went wayy overboard in his praise to the point it seemed like it wasnt real. Just my opinion, I think he was using the opportunity to look like he was being bi-partisand and "looking like" a Gevernor. Dont get me wrong,I think he really DOES care about NJ and really was upset about the storm....make no mistake about that. I just think he tried to use the photo op to his advantage.
I dont think anybody should be claiming Christie cost Romney the election,it simply is a stupid idea
