The property tax one that passed in 1978 and some liberals claim killed education in this state. It basically puts a cap on property taxes with a fixed increase each year. The percentage is low but become of home values here in real dollars the numbers you are pay are still high

That would be f'in hilarious if they did then. I can see the collective hissy fit from Beverly Hills now... not to mention the riots in Oakland/LA etc...
