So forgive if I'm wrong but isn't Roe v Wade a Federal law which is enacted in all states? Explain to me how a decision by SCOTUS can be affected by a Romney admin short of a reactionary new judge being appointed.

One of the advantages of being British is that many countries including Portugal are on our doorstep. I like the Algarve but the country is a fucking crazy place in terms of traffic and driving.

Yes I do, but then I don't suppose they were a big part of black Texan culture. I think it was mentioned because of my handle which is the name of a Dead album, arguably one of the best.

You are right but still he was the same age as them and they were big. Just surprised he wasn't at least familiar with them. It's neither here nor there I just remembered it.

No, Roe vs Wade is a ruling.
Romney could have pressured congress into changing the law in any way he liked, as long as it didn't go against the ruling.

Possibly but Romney for all his faults is a realist and that would have guaranteed him being a one term president.
