Impeach President Obama???

If those House hearings next week reveal what I think they will reveal, then there is a strong possibility of The House starting Impeachment procedings against the Prez.

"At the federal level, Article II of the United States Constitution (Section 4) states that "The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors." The House of Representatives has the sole power of impeaching, while the United States Senate has the sole power to try all impeachments. The removal of impeached officials is automatic upon conviction in the Senate. In Nixon v. United States (1993), the Supreme Court determined that the federal judiciary cannot review such proceedings."

LOL It's been common knowledge for two years that if Obama won a second term the first thing Repubs will try to do is drum up a controversy to attempt an impeachment. So much for putting your country ahead of partisan politics. My prediction is if they try something that incredibly stupid they'll try it after the 2014 midterm elections.

From the posts I have seen from SJJ, the country's interests are not high on his list of priorities. In fact, he seems to think screwing the nation to get the repubs back in office is a good strategy.

They can't impeach him. There's absolutely no proof he's had a blow job in the Oval office.
 
talk of impeachment at this point is just wishful thinking. there is no way in hell that the democratic majority in the senate would ever convict, even if there were video evidence of obama sacrificing babies to mohamed.

How did you know the name Prikosh, I have always referred to the dummy as Prikosher? Anyway the House would start the proceedings and then the Senate would have to do the actual trial, naturally The Senate would not do much, but the American People would hear all about it, without the Lib Demo biased main stream media reporting just the facts that they want US to hear. The Conservatives want to win over The Senate in two years, and an Impeachment is just what the Doctor Ordered. Again, how did you know about the name, Prikosh when I never used it? Impeachment proceedings against the Prez? :rofl2: This is way past grasping at straws and a full blown case of denial. President Obama is the President and will be for the next 4 years and ObamaCare is the law and the country as you know it is changing. You don't want to be known as a "Rove", do you? Although the House could do it since the Senate is Democrat majority The Obama will never be convicted. He could decapitate his wife on the floor of the senate and they'd find an excuse to keep him. IMO this is a major flaw in our system.
