Secession petitions now filed for all 50 states

I'm tempted to help some of these states secede. Just so, when they want to come back, I can point out that THEY are now the illegal immigrants.

I wonder how SSJ will like the idea of retinal scans then?

Let them go...we'd be much better off financially without them. They could name their new country Angrywhitemanistan...and we'd close the boarders.

Let them secede and put all their national highways, post offices, federal courthouses, federal prisons, any school or entity that had any federal money whatsoever in it's running or construction and anything else done with federal money on a finance plan they can afford. I'll support their efforts full bore except I would also impose upon them to make substantial financial restitution to all in that state that don't want to secede and to provide for them a home in the state, city and neighborhood of the non-secessionist's choosing.

And what do you intend to do with the "BLUE STATES" that have also filed a petition?

Well, I'm from Texas.

And it looks like everyone so far dosn't really care if Texas leaves the union.

So there shouldn't be any problems [leaving].

Right?

It's not us. We didn't say we want you or any state to go. It's the butt hurt poor losers who want to leave. Texas will be blue very soon...I can only imagine how everything would shake out if something like this actually did come about.

The only state that hasn't filed a petition for secession, is the one you live in.
The state of denial.

No state has filed a petition for succession. Several nutjobs have filed petitions for secession for several states, that they may or may not be residents of. The number of signatures for the Mississippi petition, for example, is a figure that is only comparable 0.3% of its population, and if you look on the page, only about 1 out of every 10 or so signers are actually from the state, the rest having apparently decided its appropriate to butt into our affairs. If you want to put your money where your mouth is, organize an actual referendum. It would fail catastrophically, I doubt you could even get enough signatures to put it on the ballot.

Which blue state has filed a petition? Where did the governor of Massachusetts present this petition to the government of the United States of America? Where could any body any body that could properly be said to represent the state and people of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or any state, file any petition to do so?

There is no peaceful separation from the union. If you want another war, we'll be happy to oblige you. We kicked your asses in 1781, we kicked them again in 1865, and we sure as hell can do it again.

I know all of that; but it doesn't change the FACT that she lives in the state of denial. :D

You do realize that ever since you changed your avatar, to that of a gay horse, that you've become a giant mangina. :D

Uh, WM, the secessionists were the victors in the 1780s, so your comments about past secessions being military failures doesn't really pan out. Also, the US won in 1783, not 1781.

Provide the name of Governors who support these petitions?

I'll be waiting.........

And all the folks who signed these petitions, please cease and desist reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, especially “one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

The secession topic will soon be moot once the New World Order comes into effect. It won't really matter where one is.
