Excellent news for Americans(and soon to follow Canadian)!! This one way to counter the outsourcing of good paying jobs. STRIKE!!! it is clear that Walmart and its stock holders are enjoying record profits! Time to share some of that wealth with the working class. This will put more money in their pockets and stimulate consumption! Forget the trickle down economic garbage!!!

It's time to undo what the CEO has done which is take the jobs of Americans(layoffs), double the workload of those remaining, so that shareholders can get rich! Time for the working class to stand up and put an end to this injustice!!! Sure the rich will lie and spin to justify this injustice, but the bank accounts and the current economic climate of the majority of Americans know they have been given the short end of the stick!!!!

I support this strike 110%!!! Walmart workers are underpaid, considering the profits being racked in!!! The Walmart Employees will not lose this battle!!

In other news, the two parties have no choice but to put aside differences and work together. Which is more positive news.

Right out of the Communist Manifesto. You saw what happened to Hostess, now I cannot find my Home Pride Bread because of these Komrads. Keep messing with fire, and you and your Pinkos will eventually get burnt. There are a lot of people out of work, Walmart just needs to order everyone to show up or get fired, so fire everyone who does not show up for work and just rehire others, end of story. Also, put their names in Mitt Romney binders so stores like Target will know who the troublemakers are and not hire them if they apply at Target after losing their jobs at Walmart. If they want to play hardball, then lets throw a duster at them...NEXT, SJJRSJJS has a solution for every radical Leftist strategery...oMyAss

Walmart fulltime employees are treated well, but everyone without an education starts out at the bottom of the deck and not necessarily fulltime until they have proved themselves, so if they work smarter and harder, keep their noses clean, they will rise to the top of the deck where the aces are. Remember, the cream always rises to the top, so quit the "B" ing and do your thing.

How do you stop the outsourcing of jobs by striking?
There is a Super Target in Hemet, and I will be there at 9:00PM Thursday night, just to take a look at the "Festivities". Maybe I 'll eat the Farmer's Burger Combo at $6.99 with the online coupon and some fried Zucchini wedges at the great Farmer Boys in front of Walmart, o ya. We also have In & Out Burgers, and Peonni's Chinese Food, which are also the best around. You guys back east woukd guive your eye teath for an In & Out burger. Of course you have White Castle Burgers, which are ok, not as good, I ate the sliders there.

We need to turn to violence. The needs of the workers are being ignored. Those who ignore the needs of the downtrodden should not feel secured in life and limb. They have thrown off the social contract, why shouldn't we?

You're naive. The big-whigs think of people like you and laugh. Such useful idiots.

Shades of the French revolution, "Off with their heads", or "Let Them eat Cake". The problem you have is that your men are effeminate girleymen, and no one is afraid of them. Also, they are gunless, no pun intended, so just exactly what can they do to US? I go up against these whimps every day on this Board, and they kow tow all the time. When the going gets tough, they will whimp out, it is what it is. Do you really think that anyone is affeared of Dudette, the Groan Queen Bee? Bye the way, thanks for the "Groans" I may just set a "Groan" posting record on here, if I havn't already....

I would rather eat sheet with the chickens than go Commie, or whatever they are called, secular progressives my ass. Is George Soros one of those whigs?

So you think the 3.57% profit margin and 5.94% operating margins are just way too big???

If you strike, and ultimately get more pay and benefits out of your corporation (Wal-Mart, in this instance), you give the corporation more incentive to make-up for the new cost it owes to you. In this case, acquiring the products that you sell even more cheaply. Don't expect Wal-Mart's reliance on outsourcing to diminish anytime soon...

How dare the workers bargain! Bargaining is only for the well-off in society, bargaining is only for those with three generation of wealthy heritage and such. Workers don't deserve to bargain, they deserve to live in shit and lick the boots of those born into wealth. That is the ideology of rightism, the ideology of liberalism.

Actually bargaining for a product that is completely arbitrary and intangible is the epitome of capitalism.

how many full time workers do they employ, as a percent of their work force
