The main problem now is that the West Bank is controlled by the Palestinian Authority whilst the Gaza Strip is controlled by Hamas. It doesn't help that they hate each other and until they come to an accord then nothing will change.

Part of the ongoing trend by the British to stop using biblical references on documents and in daily conversation.
