Again, I'm not the one who said it did. But now that you mention it, the economic security whites have been able to develop for themselves has allowed them the luxury of improving on their morality. Note whose concept "human rights" is, for example, and where by contrast dictators still roam free..... And beyond the question of technology (but actually, even having an alphabet does a lot for a civilization), we have the Greek tradition of democracy, and the Roman model of mixed government (which informed what the US founding fathers came up with).

Face it, Satvia (and this isn't where I started, but where you led me) Western Civilization is--without any doubt at all, despite its failings--humanity's best effort so far at a tolerable culture. And way down in the details of that is a little known thing called common courtesy, which some angry groups have decided to dispense with (along with everything else "white").

Why do you single out black crime? Based on data from 1980 and 2008, males represented 77% of homicide victims and nearly 90% of offenders. Clearly gender is the biggest factor in crime rates.

And no, I haven't listened to Cosby in ages or watched his show. And I wouldn't take a comedian's attitude on black culture as anything more than anecdotal evidence.

That, at least, is a fair point. How refreshing that you actually asked a question. The answer has to do with solvability: As you know, testosterone--and the forces favoring its presence--has been in the world (the whole world) for just a little longer than people mad about having been enslaved. Getting men not to be aggressive would be on the 100,000 year plan (or longer). Getting US blacks (and I'm talking about black trash, but also the civilized, insofar as they celebrate enabling memes) to see what behavior is in their own best interest is a much more doable thing.

We're not trying to prove blacks all have Cosby's attitude (if they did, we wouldn't have a problem), so the fact that Cosby doesn't represent the norm is meaningless for you to point out.
