Tawana Brawley served with court order to pay man she accused of rape in 1987

Maddox, Mason and Sharpton believed the story was true and the kid was getting jerked around as often happens in cases like this. Just as quickly as it was discovered that she was not being truthful the politicos backed off and did so with some fanfare and apologies.

She could've said that she was jumped by someone whose face she didn't see. Instead, she chose to involve the police department, and couple that with supposed racial slurs made by same.


This happened close to my region. The asshole Sharpton caused major traffic jams with his marches, and created racial tension solely to further his agenda.


If you/your family was slurred in such a fashion that it caused a suicide, you might not take such a narrowminded approach to the issue.

The suicide was unconnected with the rape case.

Isn't jumping to conclusions what caused the likes of Al Sharpton to get involved in the first place? Don't get me wrong I think it's a disgusting case and the wall of silence coming from the likes of Darla speaks volumes.

What guy was driven to suicide over her lies? Not a single iota of evidence points to any conclusion such as that. In fact, and I know how hard facts are on people like you, all the evidence points exactly the opposite.
