I once sat next to this man at an awards dinner honoring my ex-girlfriened's mother. I liked him, he was entertaining to sit next to and is a funny man. I know nothing of his politics.

I hope he wins the Pope election so I will have that claim to fame.

He is probably one of few who has come closets to supporting the victims of the pedophile priests, but Europe thinks the US is too influential in the church, I don't see an American being Pope or awhile.

I agree, but it would be cool to have had dinner with the Pope. My sense is that this guy is a good man, so that would be cool also, considering how much disrespect I have for the Catholic Church in general.
 
Yeah, two positions you're not going to see filled by Americans for some time to come: UN Secretary General and Bishop of Rome. I figure if we can get a Canadian into one of these offices, that will be close enough to call a minor victory. :D

I settled a law suit against, "God is Great, Inc." last week, now A guy I met is getting papal buzz. I guess I'm in good with the big guy!
 
Im still betting on a white European for Pope, but I hope I am wrong.

Im even more sure that it will be a Conservative who will continue to perpurtuate the Catholic fraud on millions of sheeple.
