I know too many like this...

Am I the only one who has noticed that some perfume smells mildly like a clean vagina?

I am friendly with a lot of Republicans. I really dont have a problem with disagreeing with my friends over politics...

But... Some people really piss me off and I know a lot of Conservatives like this...

A family member of my wife's, thus a family member of mine... Graduated with a Bachelor's degree a couple years ago, after nine years in College. She went to an out of state school for 9 years, her parents paid for 100% of school and living expenses. For the first year after school she lived with her parents in a very fancy Mc. Mansion. She could not keep a job as a computer programer. Finally her parents made a down payment on a nice house for her and she moved out. She pays the mortgage but only when she is employed, they pay when she is not.

She has a serious pre-existing condition and is a contract employee at her job that does not pay health insurance.. so her parents have her insured as an employee of there business. They pay 100% of the premium.

She is Gay.

1) She is a rabid Republican and belives we should do away with the student loan program and Public Universities.
2) She is upset at Fanny Mae and does not belive the government should be asisting first time home buyers.
3) She hates Obamacare and believes is is just a government giveaway.
4) The only issue she agrees with the Democrats about is Gay Rights.

She loves to point to her nice house and job and tell people how if she can do it without Government assistance why cant everyone.

If you point out any of these inconsistancies she gets very, very angery.

With all due respect, she's the nightmare repub we love to hate! She's Mitt Romney, minus the gay.

Not to mention you are a dumbass from USC that can't figure out how to turn the shower on

I see somebody's upset their team is about to send a high draft pick to the 49ers for Alex Smith. I'll be showering in a Super Bowl championship next year.

Why is that bullshit? Do you believe one who is forced to pay into S.S. and Medicare all their working life is more principled if they don't accept S.S. or Medicare upon retirement if their goal is to change the system?

I was fired from work in 2009. I was entitled to umemployment insurance but I didn't take it for four months because I thought I was principled and didn't want to get a check like that from the government. Finally I realized if I was being forced to pay into the system it's just stupid not to accept the benefits from it. Do you think it's bullshit I decided to accept UI?

I don't think it's bullshit unless you criticize other recipients of UI, who might have done the same thing as you.

Except for the simple fact that your post is a lie. Romney is no Kennedy or Jay Rockefeller, or John (Gigolo) Kerry, who never worked a day in their lives......
nice try though.....thanks for playing.

Please, stop with the Kerry business, Mr. Swiftboat.

I look forward to the day when most women feel they can be sexually liberated. I encourage women to stand up and claim their sexuality and be proud of it.

You're preaching to the choir with us JPP feminazis. </facetious> It's all those tightly-wound conservatives with their misogynistic sigs who need to learn this lesson.

I also know some people who had a vast number of oppertunities from their parents and thus became very successfull... who are incredably generous and good natured. They always acknoledge the element their situation gave them and think God for what was GIVEN to them.

I have a fairly new friend. I immideatly liked him. He has two son's about my son's age. The guy is an excellent parent. He did not go to college, but worked very hard at his parents "junk yard business" that he eventually inherited and ran for many years. Over the past year I noticed how generous he is, he is at every charity event I go to, he quietly gives a lot of money. He takes my kids to expensive events with his sons and refuses when I offer to pay for my son. He volenteers to coach every sport my town offers for the kids.

I thought he was a very generous hard working middle class person. He lived in a small house down the street from my house.

About 4 months ago I asked him about work and he said he was retireing (he is about 45 years old) and no longer working. My wife is good friends with his wife, and at the same time she told me they were buying a new house. Last week I went to the new house, its a HUGE mansion on the ocean, but not stuffy at all. A huge pool for the kids with a slide, a mt. biking trail set up for the kids to ride... ect. Yet when the smaller house on the same property needed painting, he did not hire a painter... he painted it himself.

Finally I had to ask... he shyly told me he worked very hard but eventually the land that was the junk yard he inherited was too valuable to continue operating the junk yard on. He sold the land and decided to quit working and concentrate instead on being a full time father.

That guy is my new hero.
I hate him....but only cause I'm shrivilled up with envy! ;)

Cawacko was way ahead on this. He has been preaching this at least since 2002, that I know of. Jarod has to catch up to him.

Did you see that latest signature about sluts on their backs? I IA'd that guy right off. No idea who he is, don't care.

I just got to the office. Am I being complimented here or being mocked?

LOL Neither. I was just joking that you are a big feminist as long as feminism is defined as "women should screw a lot", and that you have been crusading for that since I've known you. Just having a little fun Cawacko!

As I have posted many times, one of the things I see wrong with the GOP is that the social conservatives have taken over. They are not (repeat - NOT) conservatives by any definition I am willing to accept.

The basic tenets of conservatism are less gov't intrusion, less gov't interference, lower and more fair taxation, individual freedoms, and following the US Constitution.

When was the last time either party had a candidate that fit that?
That's news to me. Conservatism means maintaining the status quo.

I would give this one a 100 thanks if I could! You defined me to a T. Jarod is WAAAYYYY late to this game.

(I will publicly call myself out as a hypocrite though. My feminist side started well before I had two little nieces. They are exempt from my beliefs. Uncle Cawacko will see that they are nice and sheltered.) :)

I did, he's the one I'm talking about.

That's taking a literal meaning of a word and giving it a political definition. Are teachers unions who fight against changes/reforms in how we educated students conservatives now? Are those who fight against changes/reforms in S.S. and Medicare conservatives now?
