After just over four years of having America having a "SOCIALIST" President the DOW has reached RECORD highs.

Four years ago, after a Republican President's 8 years... we saw the worst drop in the DOW in American history.


If thats "SOCIALISM" give me MORE!

History proves Republicans to be idiots every time, too bad it takes longer than most people's attention span!
 
it's HILARIOUS to watch the importance of the DOW switch between dems and repubs as a sign of great economic recovery, depending upon who's president of course.

Its only one indicator, but its a leading indicator. Always has been. It was under Bill Clinton and under GWB.
 
What is funny is seeing the rubes not understand what is fueling the DOW.

Admittedly it is making technical analysis challenging to say the least.
 
If Tom's video he posted from ThinkProgress is correct then the top 1% own half the stocks in the U.S. In this senario increased wealth from the stock market is only increasing the divide between the top 1% and the rest of the country. Is this good in your mind Jarod?

I predict the republicans will beat the democrats over the head with this as a way to get the democrats to reduce spending, "Hey look the economies doing better, why can't you stop wasting money?"

Likewise the democrats will use it as a stick to beat over the republicans, "Hey, when are we gonna get some of that record gains? Obviously it's all stolen and should be taxed directly into our spending."


I know that's not very unpartisan, sorry, but the democrats have been annoying me recently.
