This is the complaint. I will explain it so even someone with an IQ of 70 like you can understand. The issue is with how this is administered. The issue is that the decision as to who is an enemy combatant is being made with no due process. So you appear to be saying that Obama can say "Hey, Joe Smith is an enemy combatant. Take him out" and you are OK with that.

Do you think one person should be given that kind of power? Or are you only OK with it for a democrat?
