There's nothing wrong with telling people about your religion, there is something wrong to force people to follow it through an act of Congress. Regardless of what your religion thinks about it, freedom means that people get to do things you don't like, it also means that you don't have to do those things. Either we're the land of the free or we're the land of the people who are forced to follow the bible. I'm glad I don't have to follow a religion, I'll vote for that one.

Congress acts on thousands of things not covered directly in the Constitution.

Just because someone never had a right does not mean they shouldent. Slaves never had the right of freedom, should they not have gotten that special right? Women never had the right to vote, should they not have been given that special right? Black people never had the right to vote, should they not have gotten that special right?
