I'd rather do what's best for America, too. That's why we need to find the illegals and deport their asses for breaking our laws. Having law abiding citizens here is what's best for America, not shady illegals and the liberals who aid them.

But are those practices self justifying? No, currently they're not. So to make progress, we should seek to eliminate them.

Abolishing needless and harmful structures, and elimination of needless and harmful practices is also an integral to reaching utopia. This has been characteristic of some schools revolutionary thought.

if they are willing to do the work that our citizens will not do, then yes

the work visa program was tried and did not work, such people were called braceros and ill treated

a 100 years ago people crossed the u s mexico border without id or problems, it is the drug trade that has screwed things up

i advocate legalizing all recreational drugs with attendant laws regarding their misuse such as operating machinery under the influence

So having them cross the border illegally and having them working here illegally and then just giving them citizenship is better than a work visa program? Not following you on that one.

as i said, the bracero program (work visas) did not work and resulted in the exploitation of the workers, that was what caeser chavez and the farm workers union were about

also, getting toilets with hand washing capability in the fields so workers were not picking our food with soiled hands and relieving themselves in the fields
