President Obama spoke to the people of Israel today, and even got applause from the neocon Haaretz.

To be honest, there were about 2000 students there. The ovations I saw on t.v, while loud, represented app. 1/2 of the audience.

But this demonstrates a reality in Israel. Many in Israel do not agree with the anti Palestine policies by the militant Netanyahu....similar to this country's rejection of Bush's failed, murderous policies.

That said, I have no hope for any change in Israel w/respect to Palestine until Netanyahu is assasinated.

The lone heckler yelled something about some Israeli political prisoner, and was shouted down by the audience. Obama received another standing O when he joked that spirited debate was good, and that heckling made him feel right at home.

Said prisoner, was given a life sentence under Raygun, for spying.
