All I have to do is quote the study to be called a racist.

“Blacks are disproportionately represented as both homicide victims and offenders. The victimization rates for blacks were 6 times higher than those for whites. The offending rates for blacks were more than 7 times higher the rates for whites.”


There are good reasons to fear black people.

tinfoil, to me you have to look where these numbers are coming from. Most of these deaths are young black men living in poorer urban areas and are involved with gangs and/or drugs. It's a small percentage of the black population in the U.S. that are involved in gangs and drugs. As long as you are not involved in drugs or gangs your chances of being killed by a black person are the same as a white, hispanic or asian person which is not high.

If you're driving through a rough part of Oakland at 2am on a Saturday night looking for drugs I'd probably be on high alert to potential danger. If you are walking through Oakland during the day minding your own business the chances of getting murdered are negligible.

Numbers can be skewed anyone way one wants.

My question to Tinfoil and everyone else is:

Why is this happening?

Hint: Cawacko is very close to the answer, but why?

13 % of white people live in poverty
33 % of hispanic people live in poverty
23 % of other than black people live in poverty

They don't seem to have the same problems to the same degree as blacks.....Yeah, ..... why indeed....

Because urban culture idolizes gangsta thugs. Hollywood perpetuates the stereotype and young urban kids are enticed into joining because all around they see signals that they belong to the culture of violence.

Prove me wrong. I could cite dozens of examples of hollywood and MTV promoting gangsta stereotypes.

It's probably a good idea to send all the blacks back to where they came from...then the hispanics...the french...the gays....the heathens...the germans.....the british. Problem is though, if you get rid of everyone you dont like, who would think for you?

Offense rate higher, but victimization is higher, that points to bad neighborhoods tin.
