I've seen some pro golfers on tv with their caps on backwards, are they thugs ? I think it takes a little more than how you have your cap on.

No there isn't. Following someone is not initiating a physical confrontation. Resenting the fact that other criminals in the area got away again does not initiate physical confrontation.
It is proof that he may have initiated the confrontation. There is also the testimony from two seperate witnesses that he confronted Martin with questioning what he was doing there.

Its a maybe, or maybe not......millions of school kids wear baggy pants and don't belong to any gangs, are they thugs ? The same goes for your other examples....
clothes are a costume, no different than dressing like a pirate....that doesn't make you one.....
Not that I don't agree that if I encounter someone dressed as you describe, I would be certainly be more on alert....maybe for nothing but maybe not....

I tried to bait you a little.....this is the same thing I've been trying to get Darla and her posse to recognize....how you dress, and how you act, and where you
go can put you in danger....especially a young women.....the way you dress, act, socialize, etc....all have consequences and you're in control of that....

LOL... no, it is not proof of any such thing. It is conjecture at best. There is a difference between QUESTIONING and BATTERY. Try learning the difference.
There is also evidence that Zimmerman LOST Martin. Had Martin not done so, Zimmerman never would have been able to ask him any questions. Funny how you continually ignore that FACT.

In case you have not gotten it yet, my point about the backwards hat was sarcasitc. In the Zimmerman/Martin case the hooded sweatshirt is used as an excuse for labeling him a thug. There was also the incident in Chicago with the kid who got shot because his hat was tilted in a certain way and many here said he should not have been dressing like a thug. But say these white kids are thuggish because they are wearing their baseball hats backwards and everyone sees that as absurd. It is absurd and has nothing to do with why the victims in the other incidents were called thugs either.

I was responding to Independent about the hat being on backwards. I did not see your comment on it. Vogelsong doesn't sound Hispanic to me. He and his folks don't look Hispanic either but then what do I know. I don't see the comparison between the idiots fighting in your video and the Zimmerman case nor do I care to argue about the Zimmerman case. There have probably been a couple of thousand posts on the Zimmerman case made on this board and I've read way to many of them. I'll wait for the results of the trial otherwise I don't care. It's just another partisan pissing match.
