At least 5 reportedly stabbed on Lone Star College campus

DEVELOPING: At least five people have been stabbed inside a building at Lone Star College’s Cy-Fair Campus in Texas, an EMS spokesman says.

The Cy-Fair EMS spokesman told Fox 26 News that the stabbings occurred in the Health Science Center building. One of the victims was flown to Memorial Hermann Hospital, while two others were transported by ambulance to another hospital.

An alert message on the Lone Star College System’s website warned faculty and staff to stay in a secure location until the incident is resolved. It said one of two suspects is armed and at large.

Just saw this headline, and knew it would only be a matter of seconds before one of the gunners posted with some sort of bogus comment regarding a comparison to guns.
 
please ban knives :( or at least make it so a knife can only be used 4 times before disintergrating. we need to control knives more. MY FEELS, MY FEELS WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN? WAAAAAAA

It's lacking most likely because the outcome doesn't suit the agenda of those writing the press...

Surrender would be met with swift death, and I would say he came at me, and I defended myself.

How is it bogus? Clearly if knives were banned this would not have happened.

Haven't we been through this before? Because this seems like the part where I point out that guns are much much much more deadly than knives which justifies treating them differently and then SF says I'm wrong and that it's just as easy to kill someone with a knife as it is with a gun and then I point out that statistics show that killers use guns more often than knives and that victims of knife attacks are more likely to survive (and so you end up with aggravated assault, not murder charges) and then SF makes some stupid non-rebuttal rebuttal and then keeps posting until we all get bored of it.
