Given that they robbed a 7-11, I think it's unlikely that they have assistance from any well-financed or established terror group.

Given they used an IED made from a cooking pot, that really hadn't entered my mind. People can help by means other than cash. I suspect your desperate need to be "right" will cause you to say something even more stupid than this. Whether it is "established" or not, people who helped them make bombs would be people we should want to talk to.

After more than a decade of online conversation my "weird" use of quotes is old hat and your complaints about it boring. I wish you could actually talk about the topic rather than try to make stuff about people. I know it is tough for some people to speak about ideas rather than people, but I know you can, Dung. I have faith that you can get beyond your desperate need to immediately disagree with somebody on the right and actually talk about ideas for just a little while.
