Definitely agree that the Chechen background threw me for a loop as well. People tend to forget that Islam and terrorism are not confined to Arabs, Persians, and the Middle East and Africa. There are Muslims causing problems in the Philippines, in Eastern Europe, and all accross the globe.

always funny when people talk about "fundamentalism" ... i.e. people that believe in the fundamentals of their religion. The more you believe in your religion, the more fucked up you are. Religion only gets worse the further down the rabbit hole one goes.

Not necessarily. Just people who take their holy books extremely literally and feel that they have the right to mete out God's judgment without the divine abilities that God has.
I believe....I'm just not going to tell someone that their "sins" are special, different or more severe than anyone else's(or my own, for that matter).

Hey...don't we all sometimes? Don't sweat it....Message boards are 1/2 debate and 1/2 inflammatory.... I know that.
I'd be willing to bet that the majority of us could sit down face to face and have a beer together without any problems.
this is what I always say. The people that are truly angry have issues. People need to chillax in life and not get hung up on the bullshit.

Oh...I get angry sometimes on these damn things....but then I remember that being unreasonable and crazed in anonymity is actually better than being unreasonable and crazed in real life. Sometimes I wonder if the more crazed and unreasonable people are on here, the less control they have in their real lives.... just a theory.
