Ask "blank" who the whipping boy was...I verbally beat on him like a cheap drum, and you know it. Execute him and forget about him, One trial, one appeal, game over. None of this 20 years to execute him crap. He gets his fair trial, his impartial judge his twelve peers then they drop the hammer of the law on him if found guilty he gets a needle in the arm(Not cruel or unusual) and we're done with it. I'm in favor of making the death penalty work, society needs a way to get rid of people who can't play nice with others. First degree murder should be death penalty excluding extenuating circumstances.
