it's a shame that the IRS didn't decide that sequestration would impact the payment of Child Tax Credits for people declaring non-related dependents who don't reside in the US.....

Isn't it a shame that the IRS didn't decide that sequestration would impact the tax shelters of millionaires and billionaires who evade taxation by hiding all their money in the Caymans or Switzerland or some other country and then go after them for tax evasion when they magically have more money than they declared on their income tax forms?
Now THAT would be something to behold.... oops. There's no money for nailing rich people in the IRS budget that a Republican House Leadership decided upon. Surprise!
lol dude....if you don't bring money into the US it isn't taxable in the US.......that isn't tax evasion....that's common sense.....
sorry, Brainfart.....we haven't had a fucking budget for five years thanks to the nation's liberals......you're barking up the wrong tree......
Dude, if you are an American company and you park your money overseas to evade taxes you should never be allowed to bring it back to the USA without paying taxes on it. Eventually, you will wind up taking your company's HQ to somewhere else and when you do you become a foreign company and to do business here you'll pay a higher tax rate. So either way, you'll pay for the infrastructure that allows you to be so wealthy and to make so much money because infrastructure doesn't grow on trees the way that Reagan thought it did. There's your common sense: paying your way and not pawning it off on someone else.
lol dude, you aren't.......bringing it into the country is what triggers US taxation....if you earn money somewhere else you pay taxes somewhere else, not in the US....even if a corporation earns money somewhere else and a dividend is paid to a US shareholder IN the US it is taxable in the US......Dude, if you are an American company and you park your money overseas to evade taxes you should never be allowed to bring it back to the USA without paying taxes on it.
