Was the Waco Explosion A Terror Attack?

As in, another homegrown terrorist attack? It happened on the same date as the last incident in Waco. And why would this guy's wife, who had to know he had bomb making equipment at home, leave him after this happened?

Texas law enforcement officials on Friday launched a criminal investigation into the massive fertilizer plant explosion that killed 14 people last month, after weeks of largely treating the blast as an industrial accident.

The announcement came the same day federal agents said they found bomb-making materials belonging to a paramedic who helped evacuate residents the night of the explosion. Bryce Reed was arrested early Friday on a charge of possessing a destructive device, but law enforcement officials said they had not linked the charge to the April 17 fire and blast at West Fertilizer Co.

Well, when the date is on the Waco anniversary, it stands to reason that it was an attack. I would guess he assembled the bomb at the plant but intended to move it to an intended target but it went off accidentally. He then felt guilty and tried to help the victims.

Unfortunately, he managed to kill his best friend in the process.
 
They should blame it on youtube videos and put somebody else in prison that didn't have anything to do with it.
