Yes I do. I have longevity in my family. Both sides. All I have to do is avoid the pitfalls; smoking and overeating. Easy as pie, pun intended.

I don't smoke, and I too have longevity in my family. My father died earlier this year at 84.

Mine's still alive at 83 in spite of drinking his liver into submission several times. My mom loved fattening food more than her health. Her dad lived into his mid-90's, and her grandmother lived past 100.
