What you'll see are independent scouting organizations taking BSA's place like when they pushed the girls into Little League Baseball. The men in different townships across the country formed father and son leagues. The same thing will happen with scouting.

They now allow gay boys to be Scouts. I don't have a problem with that, since the organization may be able to straighten some of them out.

I'm glad that they denied membership to the gay adults who want to "lead".

Don't kid yourself, the next step for BSA will be queer scoutmasters. How can they stop this? They can't.

The attacks on the BSA have been going on for at least 25 years and Howey and his companions will soon use the organization to teach the queer lifestyle to very young impressionable children.

I know several people personally who have already canceled their donations to BSA and it's all over the internet just how many mom and pop type donors out there wont send in any more money.

The values that we learned growing up as children will no longer be available in the BSA.

Howey and company have won, they have destroyed this organization and they will now remake it into an indoctrination center through homo scout leaders.

These lazy assed parents who still think nothing's changed about BSA except to let a few potential homo kids in are a major problem also.

Yeah I know....as if there hasn't been gay scouts throughout the history of scouting. Just because they weren't open about it doesn't mean they weren't there. I bet there's even Eagle Scouts who are gay.

i bet there is a higher % of gays that are eagle scouts than the % of gays in the general population. I mean, think about it, in your late teens instead of wanting to go on dates you are instead spending all your time hanging out with boys in the woods, and sleeping in very close proximity inside tents, (maybe you'll sometimes even share a sleeping bag, "for warmth!" ) and singing songs, and you're wearing vest and collecting a bunch of badges - well, I bet a lotttt of gays would be into that.

When I was in the organization we encouraged the boys to get their Eagle requirements done as soon as they could; don't wait until the last year or two. Our Scoutmaster had a saying, once they start to smell perfume and gasoline it's a lot more difficult to keep them interested.

That said, I was a girl scout and I had lots of merit badges. (I know. I was very young though, I think I was out of it by 5th grade, maybe 4th.)

I'm not the Brokeback kinda guy. I need air conditioning to sleep and keep my wrinkle free face beautiful. Although I enjoyed making pretty things as a Cub Scout, I never graduated to the big boy stuff.

Well, I graduated to the big boys, just not Eagle Scouts.

And I learned it was nicer to be bought shiny things than make them with macaroni.
