Prayer in school, what do you want?

Many small government righties are also looking to have prayer in school...

What is it you are looking to the Government to do here?....


Tell me what it would look like in school, with regards to prayer, if you had your way.....?
 
I have no issue with it.
But selected groups being allowed to pray whilst others may not is blatant discrimination and will cause division.
 
So nobody wants to stand up for school prayer?

How about lawyers (government agents) shutting the Hell up and stop telling community parents what Johnny should and shouldn't have in his back pack because they're afraid Johnny might have a Bible in it?

all we have to do is start the day with a pray to allah.
 
I think that while the Christians engage in prayer the atheists should have a quiet place to wait in undisturbed silence....

Christians are allowed to pray in school. Muslim students are allowed to pray in school. That's not the real issue, is it? The REAL issue is that you want mandatory, teacher led prayer like in days yore.

Something I said?

Christian or Jewish kids may not up and leave a classroom to pray.
Islamic kids may.
As I stated earlier it should be one rule applied equally.
Be that ok pray or an outright ban.
Just equality!!

Islamic kids have a specific time when they are supposed to pray. Jewish and Christian kids don't. Jewish and Christian kids can pray anytime they so choose.

You don't know much about Islam do you?
Jewish and Christian kids can't up and leave a lesson
To pray( though some Christians prayer requirements are exactly the same as Moslems)!

Islam does not set times to pray.
It requires prayer 5 times between sunup and sundown, in some sects of the faith.
Some elements within the Coptic church require the same.
Like I said, same rule for all, be it for or against religion in schools.
